Turkish baths reach temperatures of up to 45-50°c with humidity levels at 100%. This type of treatment is excellent for breathing and the skin.
Submerging your feet in tanks of cold and hot water can provide great relief, giving the vessels a real workout.
A very pleasant environment, which is scented with beneficial mountain herbs and gives the same benefits as a sauna and Turkish bath but in a milder form. The temperature does not go above 48-50°c while humidity levels are at 60-65%.
