Finnish Sauna
A dry environment with temperatures reaching 90°c. This type of sauna works on the body’s circulation, helping oxygen enter tissues, stimulating metabolism and boosting the immune system.
Turkish Baths
from 3.30pm to 7.30pm
Turkish baths reach temperatures of up to 45-50°c with humidity levels at 100%. This type of treatment is excellent for breathing and the skin.
Kneipp Bath Or Soothing Foot Massage
from 3.30pm to 7.30pm
Submerging your feet in tanks of cold and hot water can provide great relief, giving the vessels a real workout.
Bio Sauna With Mountain Herbs
from 4pm to 7.30pm
A very pleasant environment, which is scented with beneficial mountain herbs and gives the same benefits as a sauna and Turkish bath but in a milder form. The temperature does not go above 48-50°c while humidity levels are at 60-65%.
Physioterm
from 2.30pm to 4pm
A cabin with temperatures going up to 27-37°c, and excellent for the back due to its infra-red technology.
Emotional shower
