What time is dinner served?
From 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., you can enter the restaurant. The dining staff will guide you to your table and assist you throughout the dinner.

What time can I have breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 07:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
You will find a hearty buffet placed in a different room than the one where you are seated. That is because you can prepare a healthy centrifuge and cook eggs in peace, leaving in total relaxation the ones who have already sat at the table.

What does Half Board include?
Half board includes breakfast and dinner. The dinner menu features a choice of typical or meat, vegetarian and seafood options, side dishes and dessert. And there are always proposals suitable for the little ones.

Is it possible to book the Full Board?
We offer Bed and Breakfast or Half Board service but not Full Board. At lunch you can always eat by choosing from the menu of the Castel Pietra Bistrò, which is very tasty and healthy, with dishes even for the little ones. You can take a seat either in the bar area or on the Terrace. Anything you order will then be charged to your room.
In half board, can I choose whether to have lunch or dinner?
Half board means breakfast and dinner, not lunch.
Is there a child-friendly menu?
Of course, the menu for children has various proposals: for example, pasta with tomato sauce, gnocchi with ragù sauce, tortellini with cream and ham, chicken nuggets, breaded cutlet, sausages, etc.
Is it possible to have lunch at the hotel?

At dinner, tables are assigned and our team is ready to welcome you and accompany you to your table, while at breakfast they are free of choice.

Allergies and Intolerances
Our cuisine team is prepared for all kinds of needs, whether it is a milk or gluten allergy, or the need to have dietary dishes. We kindly ask you to point this out to us while making your reservation and to let our waiters know once you are seated at the table, for added safety.
I booked a room through Booking.com, is it possible to add dinner?
Certainly, it is possible. The daily menu includes a salad and appetizer buffet, a choice of three first courses and three second courses (featuring a typical or a meat option, a vegetarian option, and a fish option), side dishes, a dessert buffet, and a selection of dishes for children. The price is €29.00 per adult and €17.00 per child, with a €2 cover charge.

Are there additional charges for using the spa?
No extra charge, access to our Energetika Wellness Oasis is included daily from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., ages 16 and up.

What does Energetika include?
Energetika consists of a wet area with Finnish sauna, biosauna with mountain pine essential oil, Turkish bath, emotional showers and kneipp and Phisiotherm. Two relaxation rooms, one with chromotherapy and heated waterbeds and one with hanging beds and Vitalbar corner with herbal teas, juice, fresh fruit and dried fruit. A pampering suite for couples with a Whirlpool.

Do you enter the Saunas in a bathing suit or without?
Our advice is to avoid wearing swimsuits and instead use the provided towel. Swimsuits are made of synthetic materials, and at high temperatures, it is not healthy to keep them on. Additionally, the dyes in the fabrics can stain the natural wooden benches.
From what age can one enter the spa?
As it is a possible nudist area and of absolute silence and relaxation, we allow entry from 16 years of age.
Is the spa also open to external guests?
Our Energetika Wellness Oasis is also open to guests from outside the hotel from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., upon reservation. Admission is €10.00 per person (€18.00 with the spa Kit included).
Is there a place to change in the spa, or should I come down from the room already in my bathrobe?
You can easily change in your room and head down to the spa already wearing your bathrobe. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can use the changing rooms available in the spa. The changing rooms are also equipped with lockers with codes, where you can safely store your belongings while enjoying some moments of relaxation.
How do I book a treatment or massage?
Available treatments and massages can be found in the Energetika spa brochure. For any information, or to book the treatments, you can go to the reception desk, where we can check availability and recommend the treatment that suits you best. We recommend that you book them already from home to be sure to find availability at your preferred times.
I saw Dr. Hauschka products, where can I purchase them?
Dr. Hauschka's products are completely organic and natural, suitable for everyone, and for purchasing them you can ask the spa staff or inquire at the reception.
PETS ALLOWED
Are pets allowed?
Small/medium sized dogs are allowed and are welcome at Castel Pietra! They must always walk around on a leash and are not allowed in the common areas of the hotel, such as the lobby, restaurant and wellness center.
The ideal is to let them pass, accompanied, from the garage to access the room and to leave, also to avoid encounters with other dogs that, on some occasions, can be unpleasant.

PARKING AND GARAGE
Where can I park my car when I arrive at the hotel?
For your car, you will find a large, free of charge outdoor parking lot. Or, if you prefer to have your car indoors, a large garage is available for your car or motorcycle to keep it warm in the winter and cool and sheltered from storms in the summer.

ACTIVITIES
Is there a room for children and teenagers?
At the Hotel Castel Pietra you will find a large indoor play area of about 100 m² where your children and teens can have fun, an outdoor playground. And, most importantly, a lovely lawn and various terraces, where they can let off steam and play, with the added peace of mind of not having any roads nearby.
Is there the entertainment service?
From 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with a half-hour break during dinner, the mini-club is open for children and teens aged 4 to 12, where they can do many activities together with our entertainer.
Do you organize excursions?
During summertime we organize several excursions, where you can discover the beauty of our territory escorted by our staff.
If you prefer to be autonomous, ask at the reception wall the information and advice we can give you.
During the winter period, the Guide Alpine of San Martino (St. Martin Mountain Guides) organize snowshoeing and various excursions in safety. We are always ready to provide you with all the info.

Are there any mountain bike excursions?
During summertime we also organize guided mountain bike excursions. In the hotel you will also find a corner dedicated to bike lovers, with many recommended itineraries and various information.
HOLIDAYS WITH BICYCLES
I'd like to bring my bicycle qith me, is there any safe place to put it at the end of the day?
We have a large, locked bike lounge in the underground garage where bicycles can be kept safe. Keys are available at the reception, where you must bring them back once you close the door. As we are an active hotel we fully understand your needs and, if you prefer, you can bring your bicycle in the room with you.
I'd like to rent a mountain bike, do you also have this kind of service?
We have both pedal-assisted Mountain Bike Full (Electric Bicycles) and classic Mountain Bikes from Wilier.

Of course, we have top of the line Wilier Moutain Bikes, you can rent them for €29.00 for half day or €39.00 for full day.
Is there a laundry service for the clothes I used to ride my bike?
We have the possibility to do a washing machine for € 15.00, you just need to deliver your clothes to the reception by 6 p.m. the previous day.
RESERVATIONS
When can I check-in?
Rooms are usually ready at 2 p.m. and, if you need it earlier, just let us know: we will do our best to have it ready upon your arrival.
When do I have to check-out?
Check-out is usually by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
I'd like to keep the room a couple of extra hours on the day of departure to take advantage of the last day of vacation, is this possible?
Should you have this request, there is the possibility of a late check-out, meaning that you can keep the room a few extra hours until maximum 6:00 pm on the day of departure, so that you can still enjoy some nice moments of relaxation or outdoors. The additional charge for late check-out is €29.00 in total, which also includes access to Energetika spa. Of course, this is subject to room availability, for which we kindly ask you to check with the reception.
I can't find the price list on the website, is it possible to get it?
Actually, there is no price list: you can submit a request for a quote by phone, but also by filling out the form on our website.
TAKEAWAY
I tried the strudel at the dessert buffet, is it possible to order one to take home?
Of course, you can order it by 6 p.m. the day before your departure, and it costs €14.50.
I drank a wine that I enjoyed very much, can I buy it?
Yes, certainly! We have a very interesting selection of wines and have prepared a dedicated take-away price list. Feel free to ask for it, and we will prepare your ordered bottles the evening before your departure.

SNOW HOLIDAY
How can I reach the ski lifts from your hotel?
The ski lifts are about 12 km from our hotel, in San Martino di Castrozza.
During the winter season, we organize a free ski bus service in collaboration with the local municipality, the Tourism Board, and other hotels. The bus stops close to the hotel. Contact us for more information!

Is there a ski storage room where I can leave my equipment once I return from the slopes?
In the garage, we have a large, securely locked ski storage area where you can safely store your equipment. It features racks for skis, snowboards, and poles, as well as a boot warmer to ensure your boots are dry and warm in the morning. The keys are available at the reception and should be returned there after locking the door.
