When will be served dinner?
You can arrive in our restaurant rooms from 7:15 to 9:00 pm, our waiters will escort you to your table.
Are drinks included?
Drinks are not included in the half board offer. We have a large offer of wine with more than 230 labels, plus different kind of glassware proposals and different types of beers.
When can I have breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:30 am. You’ll find a rich breakfast buffet in a different room from the one you eat, that’s because you’ll be able to prepare some centrifuges or cook some eggs, so that in the breakfast room will reign quite and relax. Maybe it’s necessary to do a little bit of walking, but you’ll be able to enjoy a very relaxing and quiet breakfast.
What’s included in the half board?
The half board includes breakfast and dinner. The half board menu allows you to choose between three different options: typical, fish or vegetarian. Plus, every day you have a big buffet of salad, side dishes and dessert. We also have tasty offers for children. You choose and order directly at the table at dinner.
Is it possible to have the Full Board?
We offer the B&B service or the Half Board, not the Full Board. At lunch time we have the Bistrò, which offers tasty and healthy dishes, for adults and children, at the bar or in our terrace. The check (based on what you’ve ordered) will be added in your room. On Saturdays and Sundays and during the holidays, you can lunch also in our gourmet restaurant “La Pajara”, open also every night.
Is it possible to switch dinner for lunch?
The half board includes breakfast and dinner, not lunch.
Is there a specific kid’s menu?
Yes, we have specific dishes for our little guests, such as pasta with tomatoes, gnocchi, chicken nuggets, wurstel with fries and much more.
Is it possible to have lunch in the hotel?
Yes, we have two options: the Bistrò, which offers tasty and healthy dishes, for adults and children, at the bar or in our terrace. The check (based on what you’ve ordered) will be added in your room. On Saturdays and Sundays and during the holidays, you can lunch also in our gourmet restaurant “La Pajara”, open also every night.
Can I try “La Pajara” restaurant even if I booked the half board?
Yes, you can switch your dinner and eat in our a la carte restaurant and you’ll receive an 11,00 euros discount per person.
SPA ENERGETIKA
Is there any extra fee for the spa?
We don’t have any extra fee for the spa, which is open from 2:30 to 7:30 pm, with free access, from 16 years old up. In reception you can also find our “spa kit” with towel, bath robe and slippers.
What’s inside Energetika?
Energetika includes 2 relaxing room, one with chromotherapy and water beds and the other one with suspended beds and a Vitalbar with teas, fruits, juices and more. We also have a new sauna area with finnish sauna, turkish bath, bio sauna and infrareds good for your back and neck, emotional showers and two kneipp baths for your feet. A suite for couples with a Jacuzzi bath and a hay bed.
Can I wear a swimsuit in Energetika?
We suggest avoiding synthetic fabrics, responsible with high temperatures to release toxic substances. it’s better to use one of our towels. The swimwear could also stain our natural wood benches.
From what age can I enter in Energetika?
Being a possible nudist and a relaxing area, it’s possible to use Energetika from 16 years old.
Do you open your Energetika center for externals?
Yes, it’s open also for externals, for a prize of 17,00 euros each for three hours, with a reservation. We also have available at the reception our spa kits with towel, bath robe and slippers that you can take for free with a deposit of 10,00 euros.
How can I book a massage or a treatment?
You can check all of our treatments and massages in the specific Energetika depliant. You can book them either at the reception or directly with the girls in the spa. We suggest to book them from home to be sure to find availability.
Where can I buy the Dr. Haushcka products?
Dr. Haushcka products are completely natural and bio, If you’d like to buy some of our Dr. Hauschka products you can ask to Francesca at the reception or to the girls in the spa.
ANIMALS ALLOWED
Are animals allowed?
Small/medium dogs are allowed in the hotel as long as they are kept by the leash. They’re not allowed in the common areas such as hall, restaurant and Energetika, our well-ness area. We suggest you to pass through our garage to go out or to come in, mainly to avoid meeting with other dogs that could create drawbacks.
Is there an extra fee for dogs?
Yes, we have an extra fee from 17,00 to 27,00 euros, depending on the period of your stay, for specific cleaning of the room after you leave.
ACTIVITIES
Is there a playroom for children?
At the Hotel Castel Pietra you’ll find a big room (110 mq) where your children and juniors can have fun, and a playground outside where they can run and enjoy outside playing without any streets or car nearby.
Is there a mini club service?
From 4:00 to 9:30 pm, with a small pause from 7:00 to 7:30, we have a mini club service for kids from 4 to 12 years old, where they can play and be creative with our animator. While they’re playing and having fun the parents can relax in our Energetika area.
Do you organize excursions?
During summertime we organize excursions for our guests, where you can discover the beauty of our territory escorted by our staff. If you prefer to be autonomous ask at the reception all the informations you need. During winter time you can reach mountain guides “Aquile di San Martino” and book one of the many and funny activities they organize on the snow.
Do you organize mountain bike excursions?
During summertime we organize mountain bike excursions. You can also find a corner for mountain bike lovers with different types of itinerary and informations, don’t hesitate to ask at the reception.
HOLIDAY WITH BICYCLES
I’d like to bring my bicycle with me, is there any place safe where I can put it?
In our underground garage we have a big bike lounge, locked, where you can keep your bicycle. You can ask the keys at the reception and then bring them back there once you’ve closed the bike lounge. We are a bike hotel so we understand if you prefer to bring your bicycle with you in the room.
I’d like to rent a bicycle, do you have this kind of service?
We have some standard mountain bikes that our guests can use for free but if you’re looking for something more professional and competitive, we have some Willier bikes rentable for 17,00 euros half day and 27,00 euros for the entire day.
Do you have electric mountain bikes?
Absolutely, we have some Willier professional e-bikes you can rent for 27,00 euros half day or 37,00 euros for the entire day.
Do you have a laundry service for bike clothes?
Yes, we can wash your technical gear for 8,50 euros per bag. The clothes must be delivered at the reception by 6:30 pm.
HOLIDAY WITH MOTORBIKES
What if we arrive with our bikes?
Motorcyclists are welcome in our hotel, we have a large underground garage available for free, where you can park your bikes. If you need some interesting itineraries, ask more information at the reception.
RESERVATIONS
When can I check-in?
Normally the rooms are ready by 2:00 pm. If you have specific needs just ask at the reception, we’ll try our best to let you check-in earlier.
When do I have to check-out?
Normally the check-out is by 10:00 am. If you’d like to keep the room longer, with an extra fee of 27,00 euros you’ll have the room available until 6:00 pm, with the Energetika area included. Ask at the reception for the availability.

We actually don’t have a price list, our rates change based on different things, the best thing to do is call directly or send an email and we’ll be pleased to give you all the information you need. You can also book directly with the “Price and Booking” button.
TAKE AWAY
I’ve tasted your strudel, is it possible to order one and bring it home?
Yes, you can order one of our strudel and bring it home for friends and family, by 6:30 pm of the day before leaving. The prize is 14,50 euros.
I drunk a wine I enjoyed very much. Is it possible to buy a bottle and bring it home?
Yes of course, we have a very large selection of wines with a specific take away price list. Ask at the bar and take a look, we’ll be happy to prepare you the bottles before you leave.
GIFT CARD
I’d like to make a special gift, is it possible?
Yes, at the reception you can find and customize different types of gift cards: for a holiday in our hotel, a romantic dinner for two, a special afternoon in our Energetika area. All of our gift card are completely customizable, to create the perfect gift for every occasion!
SKIING
How can I reach the ski center from your hotel?
The ski center is in San Martino di Castrozza, at about 12 km from here. During wintertime we have a city ski bus for free, nearby the hotel. You can collect the free ticket at the reception (one per person) with a 10,00 euros deposit that we will give you back when you will return the card at the end of your holiday.
Do you have a ski room available?
Yes, we have a big ski room in our garage, locked. You can put your ski there and also your skiiboots to dry in our drier machine. You can ask the keys at the reception and then bring them back there once you’ve closed the ski room.
WIFI
Do you have a free wifi
Yes, we have free wifi for our guests that cover the entire hotel, from the rooms to the terrace. You can ask for the username and password at the reception or you can find them behind the green card holder where you have also your room keys.
